January 29th, 2012 at 16:58Do you keep guests’ luggage for a few hours after check-out?
December 28th, 2011 at 08:38This may be a silly question but do you have Air Conditioning in the summer?
December 7th, 2011 at 00:57Hi. Unfortunately we don’t have air conditioning in the rooms – it doesn’t really get hot enough in Manchester! The building has big, thick walls that keep the rooms cool in summer and warm in winter, so your stay will be just right.
Regards Hatters.

I have read your FAQs but I want to be sure about everything before booking. I am arriving at Manchester Airport from Spain(with Ryanair) at 18:25 on the 12nd of August. I would like to know how to get to your hostel from the airport and if your reception is opened 24hours. Also I would like to know if you have any place to put our baggages under lock and key.
Please, answer as soon as possible because I want to book it.
August 1st, 2011 at 14:31Hey there!!
August 9th, 2011 at 15:50First of all, it is super easy to get from Manchester Airport to our hostel!! You will just need to catch a train from the airport, which come along every 15 mins, and takes 10mins to Manchester Picadilly station, which in turn is only a 5 min walk to our hostel!!
Also, yes our hostel has a 24hr reception, so you’re welcome to arrive at any time!!
Finally, we do have multiple options for locking up your belongings, including lockers and a free of charge luggage room!!
Hope all this helped, and we see you soon!!!

June 1st, 2011 at 10:06i’ve booked a mixed dorm for 8 people but 2 of the group have had to cancel so i was wondering what your policies on cancelling beds are?
thanks
Hi Molly,
Sorry to hear that, we allow individuals to cancel up until 12pm the day before arrival (24 hours) without being charged, groups however have the right to cancel up until 12pm 48 hours before arrival without being charged. Anyone cancelling out of our policy will still be charged, its just to cover the cost of the beds that we could have sold if it had been cancelled within our policy, that’s all.
Many Thanks,

- Just buy an Old Trafford Return Ticket and get
off at the Old Trafford stop

November 15th, 2010 at 10:19I used this Hostel back at the end of May, the people at the front desk didn’t mind me dropping in a few times for directions and use of their toilet, plus when I did decide to get a room there they were really friendly and I’d highly suggest people to use this Hostel if you can.
