April 18th, 2012 at 12:36stayed at hatters 2nd-5th march! was great and got better than what we expected with our ensuite double rooms, staff were ok but on our last day we came across graeme who worked behind the desk! he was so lovely and helpful, pity we hadnt of met him sooner! good weekend all round

December 10th, 2011 at 06:39Hi Danielle, yes there is overnight parking across the street from the hostel, in a secure NCP parking. Otherwise there is on-street parking which is free from 6pm-8am. Hope this helps!

December 12th, 2011 at 13:58This is in my top 3 hostels that has a all round great stay, great things available to guests, really friendly and helpful staff, nice beds nice showers really chilled but also really good with late night events, over all top stay, shoot guys nice work this is what things should be like. 6 years of traveling and in my top three.

June 5th, 2011 at 11:36We get very busy on Saturdays so best to book as soon as possible either by calling us on 0151 709 5570 or email liverpool@hattersgroup.com…for groups we take a 15 % non refundable deposit and then we ask if you can pay the remainder 2 weeks before arrival.
There are 4 of us coming to liverpool in June and we were thinking about booking a 4 bed ensuite in your hostel. I was just wondering would we be better off to book 2 private rooms or will the 4 bed mixed dorm ensuite have enough privacy for us?

If there are four of you and you book a 4 bed you get the room to yourselves, the dorms have bunk beds and private bathrooms, so plenty of privacy. If you book two private rooms you get single beds, bathroom, TV…

We do have a weekly rate of £99 per week in our 12 bed dorm room. Are you a student? There is currently no set maximum night stay with us. Also we have private rooms from £39 per night.

We do have single room rates, however we do not have it available on the weekends, this will be why you can’t see it as your dates run to the weekend.

We want to book us a room for 5 people. What can we do the best: book a 6 bed(en-suite)? Or is there then a possibility that we have to share him with another guest??
Are the 6 bed(en-suite) private or can everybody walk in there?

If you book 6 beds in a 6 bed dorm, then you have that room as a private room, no one else can be booked into it. Then its up to you if you bring 1 or 6 people!

November 12th, 2010 at 10:03Hi , thank you for getting in touch with us. The 3 bed private en-suite has its own bathroom and shower. The 3 bed standard is a shared bathroom. Please note the 3 bed standard is a double mattress bunk on the bottom and a single bunk on top.
