The home of Shakespeare. A highly recommended visit, if you are interested in the history of one of the world’s most famous play writers, or would simply like to experience some beautiful English architecture.
With only a 30 minute journey to the village, you have the opportunity to walk down some of the most historic streets in the world. If you’re lucky, you may even catch a live play in one of the many local parks.
While the sun is shining, enjoy one of the many boat tours down the Avon. Followed by tours of Shakespeare’s birthplace, and ‘The oldest School in the World’.
Ask nicely at reception and the Hatters Birmingham staff may even lend you their personal information booklet of the area. And don’t forget your camera!
